1:1 Low-Tox Consulting
I will guide you through transforming areas of your home into healthier-for-you, low-tox spaces. The biggest hurdle to your low-tox journey is knowing where to begin, followed by wondering if your choices are the right ones, and if what you’re doing is actually making a difference. I take all of the guesswork out of the those early stages to allow you to feel confident and empowered. Choose individual protocols for your personal care products, the kitchen or your laundry room/cleaning supplies OR bundle all three for a discount. Book a quick discovery, no obligation call with me to determine what option works best for you.
Collaborate
- A low-tox approach to living is the name of the game here, so if you have an opportunity that aligns with that lifestyle approach I want to work with you!
Brand Partnership
- Low-Tox products free from harmful ingredients of concern are my passion. Outside of my weekly clean swaps, I do not promote Low-Tox products for free. If your brand has an advertising budget, I’d love to discuss our options.
You Don’t Have to Embark on Your Low-Tox Journey Alone
When I was pregnant with my daughter I felt this immense sense of urgency, as though I had 9 months to get every toxic product out of my home before she arrived. Aside from this unrealistic pressure I was putting on myself, I had almost no clue what was toxic, what wasn’t, or why. I know I’m not the only mother who has considered making safer product choices so that my child could have a healthier home and a healthier body, and I’m definitely not the only mother who has had very little understanding about where to start.
There’s so much information on the internet, and so much misinformation — it was honestly hard to know what I should be concerned about and what I shouldn’t. I fell for greenwashing often because it felt easier to just go with the brand with the loudest marketing, and most influencers promoting their product.
During those 9 months of my pregnancy I made little headway in terms of reducing my toxic burden, and I definitely didn’t know there were preventable ways that my unborn baby was being effected by my exposures.
My mission is to give women and mothers the knowledge you deserve regarding toxic ingredients and chemicals you can avoid so that your bodies are healthy, your unborn babies and kids are healthy and your homes are the safe, low-tox spaces we all need.
As busy mothers it is easy to just take other people’s product recommendations and tell ourselves that we are doing the best we can to create a less toxic home, but I know recommendations aren’t enough. If you don’t get understand why some products are safer than others, or which have low-tox ingredients while others don’t, then you’re not empowered to truly run a low-tox home — you’re simply relying on someone else to tell you what to do.
